Goobric Return Policy - 30 Days
At Goobric we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. We understand that there may be situations where you need to return a product. Below you will find our returns policy that applies to all purchases made at Goobric.
1. Return period
You have the right to return your order within 30 days after the delivery date. After this period we can no longer offer returns or refunds.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- The item must be accompanied by proof of purchase or proof of purchase.
3. Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Items considered hygienic and whose seal has been broken (e.g. underwear, swimwear)
- Custom made or personalized products
- Items that are damaged or missing parts that are not our fault
4. Return procedure
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

You will receive instructions and a returns number to be added to your package.

Please pack the item securely and include the returns number and proof of purchase.
5. Shipping costs
The cost of returning your item is at your own expense, unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Processing of Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Return shipping costs are €3.99
- Approved Returns: If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Rejected Returns: If your return is not approved, the item will be returned to you and you will not receive a refund.
7. Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at goobricinfo@gmail.com
8. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. Once your returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the giver and they will be notified of your return.
